How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times are estimated to be between 7-10 working days.
Since we source from around the world, shipping times vary. Due to the nature of our business and the unique locations we source from, many products are bespoke or made to order, requiring TLC in their packaging and distribution. If your product is handcrafted and/or made to order, please take this into consideration.

How much does it cost to deliver?
All order over £100 are delivered free of charge.
For an accurate delivery cost, enter your delivery address at checkout and your delivery fee will be calculated.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we do!
RETURNS
How do I return my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
To start a return, please email us at hello@husandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return request, please post your item(s) back to us: HUS & CO., 28 Darters Lane, Hereford, HR4 9FL.
Please note:
*Made to order items are non-returnable.
*In order for us to accept a return request, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when received and unused - if these conditions are not met, it will be accepted at our discretion or returned to the purchaser (this does not affect your statutory rights).
